Medical Benefits – Full-Time Benchmark employees working at one of our property-locations are eligible to enroll in Cigna's Open Access PPO.
Prescription Drug Benefits – Included with the Open Access PPO is prescription drug coverage. The three-tier program gives participants the opportunity to lower out-of-pocket costs by using generic drugs whenever possible.
Section 125 Flexible Spending Plan - Allows participants to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out of pocket health expenses, including over-the-counter medications, and dependant care costs.
Vision Benefits - When enrolled in the Open Access PPO, vision coverage is provided at no extra cost.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefits – Eligible employees can enroll in Life Insurance and AD&D coverage at no cost. These insurances, administered by The Hartford, provide basic financial protection for employees and their families in the event they become disabled or die. In addition, employees may purchase supplemental coverage for themselves and their dependents.
401(k) Plan - The 401(k) plan allows employees to save a portion of their earnings and invest this savings into a variety of available investment funds. Benchmark provides a matching contribution of 50% of the first 6% of employee's contribution. The 401(k) plan is managed by Merrill Lynch.
Personal Time Off (PTO) – Eligible employees will accrue PTO each pay period at a rate determined by length of service. PTO is used for any vacation, sick or personal absences. Additional time off is available to eligible employees for observed holidays, jury duty, bereavement, and military leave.
