Isha Francis

Isha Francis has been instrumental in the growth of Benchmark’s property management subsidiary since its inception in 1984. He currently oversees Benchmark’s portfolio of affordable and subsidized apartment properties. Mr. Francis is active in numerous national housing organizations, having served on the Board of Directors of the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA); he currently serves as a Vice President of that organization. Active with the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) in both the Midwest and Southeast, Mr. Francis is now also serving as the Vice President for Regulatory Affairs on the SAHMA Board of Directors. Mr. Francis holds the National Assisted Housing Professional Executive designation. He is also recognized as a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) by NAHMA.
