Beechwood Pines
Beechwood Pines is a beautiful secluded oasis right in the middle of all of the action of Athens. Our beautifully designed clubhouse is the center of our amenities area. On the main entry level, we feature our private conference area with printing and copy service. Step out onto the clubhouse balcony for a view of the sparkling swimming pool. Down stairs, you will find our pool-side 24-hour fitness center that features both cardio and strength training equipment. Each 1 and 2 bedroom apartment home is equipped with modern features such as ceramic tile, garden soaking tubs and French doors. You will find the large living areas are complemented by our private patios and balconies. Also, all of our apartment homes include washers and dryers.

|Recommended: YesLove it here — My first impression of this place before I even signed a lease was that it was really clean and that it looked like a place I’d love to live in. Laura was the one that helped me and my fiancé get everything set up for our move here and she was so friendly and welcoming that even if I had a doubt about beechwood pines, she certainly would have quelled it. The whole process of getting moved in was relatively streamlined which made the pre-move in process not stressful at all. After hours can be fairly difficult to find a good parking spot, and I feel the gates move a bit slow at the entrance exit but those would be my only gripes about the place. The walls here seem really thick, when my fiancé was playing some music kind of loudly inside the apartment and I was unpacking I wasn’t even able to hear it until I opened the door. Now that I’m settling in I feel as if this place is perfect for me.
