Custom two-toned paint highlights the brand new wood-look flooring for a designer look throughout each apartment home.

Everyone who works here, from the office staff to the maintenance, is incredibly kind and helpful. Any time I’ve needed them, they have been there with a smile. They truly never make you feel like an inconvenience. The one thing I would change if I could, is owners not cleaning up after their dogs. That’s not the fault of The Bluffs though, and they do what they can to combat the issue. The stations with bags and trash cans are very helpful and conveniently located.

It’s not the absolute nicest and it’s certainly not the worst I’ve had a few complaints but I know legally they can only do so much. It’s not the staff it’s the residents in the community not respecting the others. The only major issue I’ve had is the smell of marijuana coming through my vents and my entire apartment reeking of it, can’t do anything other than report it to the business office and the residents that are smoking inside hiding it very well to not get caught. The staff have treated me with kindness and respect. If your expectations are way too high this isn’t the place for you. If you need a place to lay your head and be able to make your meals and it not drain your pocket just to have a roof over your head this is the place for you. Sure is good enough for me ☺️

The location is key, grounds are kept up, and the requirements are for renters insurance was a great for a young person on their own to have. The manager, Christina, was great to work with.
