The positions require a minimum two years' experience in a management role in the apartment management industry or a similar industry (such as hospitality, retail, hotel management.) Previous responsibility for implementing company policy and controlling expenditure and supervising a staff (preferred). Positive attitude, energetic, assertive, good attention to detail. Customer Service skills and good communication skills a must.
