The Benchmark Group is accepting applications for the position of Service Manager at our Salisbury apartment community.
The Service Manager maintains the physical condition of entire community, under direction of the Community Manager and ensures team compliance with company policies/procedures and performance of duties on a timely basis.
The position requires Saturday hours and on-call rotation.
The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, previous experience with and responsibility for implementing company policy, supervisory experience with the ability to train and motivate team, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
