Cypress Cove is nestled among natural oak trees, lakes, and wildlife. Hidden away from the hassles of day to day living, our residents enjoy a large swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, car care area, off-leash dog park and beautiful clubhouse. Each of our spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments and two bedroom townhomes were designed to maximize space. Our large open living areas make entertaining a breeze and allow you many options when arranging your furniture. Our fully equipped kitchens offer lots of cabinet and counter space and many homes offer breakfast bars as well. Each of our homes features a private patio or balcony with additional outside storage. Cypress Cove is also proud to offer pet friendly apartments.

The front office is very easy to contact regarding any issues or concerns and they respond to emails and phone calls very fast and in a timely manner. |Recommended: YesCypress Cove is a great place to call home — We have lived here 2.5 years so far and recently upgraded from a 1bed to a 2bed townhouse. Kwame is always extremely pleasant and helpful. He really made the transfer as seamless as possible considering we both work different shifts and lead hectic lives. The maintenance staff is great as well, always friendly. We will plan to call Cypress Cove home until the day arrives when we can afford to purchase our own home I just hope Kwame sticks around until that time comes.

Speeding and obnoxious driving with no regard for people pets thru the complex has been reported by multiple tenants. Security on site is invisible. Pet owners dont clean up after their pets. According to the lease 2 pets 2 cars many tenants over the limit The rules should be adhered to by EVERYONE

|Recommended: YesPeaceful but lacks security — A well worth its money place. Appliances are a bit old and close to causing some damage. Oven rear heat dial electrically shorting out...Refrigerator loud and freezer always leaking moisture.
IT is a necessity to set up your own security as this area does not offer much of their own. Watch YOUR vehicles and packages, the pandemic has people acting like savages.
Property staff is small but extremely hardworking with honesty. The maintenance crew gets the job done, just depends on the day.
The layout inside and outside of the units are quite nice space wise, get used to not having a ceiling fan .
Neighbors for the most part are quite friendly, just try to respect each other in any way possible for it to stay this way
Exiting and entering the complex can be difficult with the hidden pathway and seven lane Atlantic Blvd.
Last thing to note is that the landscape is very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing There are multiple trash cans around that may look like stains but usually they are clean all around including the grass around. IT is just the foolish tenants with no respect that keep burdening maintenance crew by tossing whatever, wherever.
