Ridgeview is conveniently located just over two miles from Maderia Beach. This lovely community offers amenities such as a sparkling swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, and childrens' playground. Our three beautiful courtyards also provide great places to have a picnic and enjoy our beautiful weather year-round.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Apartment — The facilities themselves are great and in a great location. We love our apartment. I have a difficult time getting a hold of staff and many of the rules we signed in our lease don't seem to be enforced, such as breed restrictions and smoking.

|Recommended: YesHome — I have lived her for almost a full 2 years and maintenance is fast and efficient, amazing neighbors and friendly environment, my biggest concern is the parking there is not enough parking for each 2 bedroom apartment to have two spots in which that makes one person at least park 3 buildings away from there apartment. I have had some incidents on palmetto bugs, carpenter ants and rats but thats to be expected anywhere and each one was followed up and fixed super fast.

|Recommended: YesAffordable and Updated Apartments in Seminole — The interior is stylish and updated with new appliances and spacious patios. The complex amenities are awesome for families. The units are affordable for those who want to live in Seminole and be close to Seminole City Center and the beaches.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex — The people in this complex are very friendly and with two children the amenities are just what my family needed. Sure there are some things to work on, but that's across the board for every complex. We enjoyed it here and most of all will miss the friends and connections we've made along the way. We had everything we needed in the complex. I will say the shower drains were a little slow, but everything else was an upgrade from our old house. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

|Recommended: YesI think the property ios very nice. — I like it, I have been in a house for the last 20 plus years and thought the community grilling would be an inconvenience but it has not. I enjoy the pool and the covered patio area is very nice.
The staff are very friendly and maintenance on the few occasions I needed help were fantastic.
