Introducing the new and improved Ridgeview Apartments. With a multimillion dollar renovation, no detail was left overlooked. Our beautiful new kitchens feature brand new all-wood shaker style cabinetry, granite counters and brand new stainless steel appliances. We made sure that our newly renovated homes are energy efficient with new HVAC systems, new water heaters and even impact-rated windows and sliding glass doors. Ridgeview is conveniently located just over two miles from Maderia Beach. This lovely community offers amenities such as a sparkling swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, and childrens' playground. Our three beautiful courtyards also provide great places to have a picnic and enjoy our beautiful weather year-round.

Great amenities - pool, BBQ, basketball court, playground, gym. Location is ideal for an active family. Close to the beaches, several parks, shopping center, SPJC Seminole campus, and library. Fantastic support from the office and maintenance team. Gina is AWESOME The only drawback, the community is on a combined internet program which works well for most residents, however, our family works remote. There are limited options to upgrade and no ethernet plugs. Thankfully few disruptions
