In my previous complex all trash was in one central area and people from far away had to drive to dump trash. — This is a great place to live, especially with parking and maintenance.

My building had one really loud annoying family but everyone else was quiet and in my 6 years living here i never had any problems. I love the maintenance crew too, they've always been great.
