Maintenance issues get resolved quickly. I'd love to comment on the amenities like the pool or the gym but sadly I haven't had a chance to try them out due to the Coronavirus Rona2020

My only two issues are that the laundry card machine is located in the office and not the laundry room. I work crazy hours. However, I was recently told the machine is going to be moved, thank god. Secondly, the entry way to the parking behind building 220 is very dangerous, it is or was a one-way outbound but NOBODY follows the rule, so it has become a proceed at your own risk type of entry way. I almost had a car accident when leaving the other day. The extension of that entry way on the right between would take some much need lawn area away from the adjacent buildings, but it would be a huge upgrade. Who really is going to drive all the way down the hill and around to get to the lot directly to the right.
Y'all are great, I am just trying to give you an honest perspective of things.
The Bluffs have been a great place to live, friendly neighbors, no noise issues, maintenance is always timely and I really haven't had any issues.

The staff is so eager to please and you just feel an overall sense of being welcome. Coming from Kentucky, I didn't know anyone but my husband, and after being here less than a year, it feels like home. Love this place

When there is a maintenance issue, they have that repaired very quickly.
