Our residents enjoy our suburban setting and find it ideal for walking, jogging, and a variety of outdoor activities All of our one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes feature fully equipped kitchens including dishwasher and garbage disposals for your convenience. Each of the three-story, brick buildings feature an intercom controlled building entrance and clothes care facility for your convenience.

|Recommended: YesCould use updating — It’s a nice apartment for the price but it’s showing it’s age. This is the second time I’ve moved here and the AC in this unit barely cools my living room if left on all day on high. There are cracks forming in the cealing along with some of the hooks for my cabinet shelves are missing. I can hear my neighbors going in and out of their apartments as if they are walking into mine and the hallway always has strange smells. The staff is very friendly though and do their best to keep things clean and maintained. I know they are doing updates but do find it a bit on the expensive side for a one bedroom.

The apartment is not completely sound proof as I can hear muffled noises from adjoining apartments, from the living room I can hear people in the hallway, and from my parking lot facing apartment I can hear people outside fairly well. My bedroom is quiet though.
There is generally plenty of parking. However, depending on the tine of day there may be no spaces directly in front of the building, but an available space is only a short walk away.
The place is family friendly, and most pets are alloud. There are also several family friendly community events hosted by the apartments which is a fun way to meet your neighbors.
I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to rent in the Baldwinsville area

Pet friendly, people friendly,secure, clean and well maintained by the Excellent staff. If there are any issues, they are resolved quickly. We haven't needed services for the most part. Just a air conditioner not up to par.
We just love it here.
|Recommended: YesKimbrook Manor Feels Like HOME — Kimbrook Manor has very nice apartments set up and are very comparable in prices to most other similar places. The staff are friendly and helpful and the grounds are cared for. The community is very neighborly and we try and look out for each other. It is a very comfortable setting. The location is great too because it is close to shopping, restaurants and other retail needs.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to be Walls are a tad thin and heating is inefficient and outdated — I love living here for the 2 car garage i rent, but at far as my apartment goes everything is pretty good - only issues I've ever had was my door frames needed adjustment to get the doors to fully close, the heaters here rack up your bill and take a while to work, and you can hear the people above or below you constantly, and sometimes the people next to you

|Recommended: YesSpacious and Nice Ready for Move-In. — The unit was clean and ready to move-in. The property was well maintained and parking was never an issue. The price for certain units can be affordable and if you're looking for an apartment, Kimbrook might be able to get you the best bang for your buck. The staff in the office were very responsive to concerns and maintenance issues when and if they came up. My only complaint is I did have a dishwasher that only worked for probably a total of 4 weeks out of my entire time there, which was almost a year. Maintenance would come by and fix it but the solution they provided would only be temporary. Overall, I would recommend someone to look into living at Kimbrook Manor if they were in search for an apartment.
