Our residents enjoy our suburban setting and find it ideal for walking, jogging, and a variety of outdoor activities All of our one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes feature fully equipped kitchens including dishwasher and garbage disposals for your convenience. Each of the three-story, brick buildings feature an intercom controlled building entrance and clothes care facility for your convenience.

|Recommended: YesKimbrook Manor — The staff is professional and very detailed. The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. Complaints are taken and dealt with immediately. the Welcome box was had a warm welcoming vibe to it. The apartment was clean and ready to move in. I love my new place.

|Recommended: YesDecent, could use some improvements. — Staff is great. They are starting to update some apts, the non updated apts are ancient Garages are pricey for not being automatic and having to share with a stranger unless you buy a double. Overall, pretty happy still.
|Recommended: YesLove this place — Have only been here since July 6th but I’ve felt at home very quickly. Haven’t had any issues at all other than hearing the neighbor bark a little bit too much for my liking but it’s not an every day thing. Everyone is very friendly and inviting and I feel very comfortable here and I feel very comfortable having my dog here, which is the most important.
