I recently just moved into The greens last week. The staff here was phenomenal and making sure I got everything that was needed for the application.
Everyone greets you with a warm smile and kind words, The apartment was extremely clean and tidy before moving in, and the grounds are kept immaculate. 10 10 recommend.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Housing Community — My household loves living in this apartment complex and all the amenities it has to offer as far as dog parks, pool, gym, and other community activities. We hope to live here as long as we can.
|Recommended: YesIts Great — Living at the cross courts are really nice. The staff is always super friendly. The downside is there is no space to park. If you are coming home after 5 PM there is a chance you have to park either at a different building or all the way across the courtyard near the office. But overall the size of the apartments are really nice and rent is decent.

This is my first year of apartment living but from the apartments that I have visited in the past, these are so much nicer and the amenities available make up for not living in a house. I really enjoy living here

|Recommended: YesCute little homes — Cute little apartment I love the pantry openness, so i can decide how I want to style it I like walk-in closets, I’m little jealous my daughter got a better closet lol. I wish I had closet in bathrooms but that’s ok, I don’t want to take space away from room to do that. The one thing I was little disappointed about is that I wish I had the black style kitchen, like the picture, with the cute lights up top and black fridge and oven and counter top, but that just little nit picking. The neighbors seem polite so far. The best part is the outside area where you can walk around, I love taking walks. The fireplace is cute, at first I didn’t like the space it took when I heard about a fireplace but then I seen the benefits, like s’mores Lol. Im tiny bit sad about the direction of apartment I have I would like to been towards the light for my plants and seeing the grass area so my daughter can play while I watch on balcony, like I said just little tiny nitpicking. I haven’t been there but a couple days so not sure about everything yet but that’s my first impressions, and there pretty good
