Cypress Cove
Cypress Cove is nestled among natural oak trees, lakes, and wildlife. Hidden away from the hassles of day to day living, our residents enjoy a large swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, car care area, off-leash dog park and beautiful clubhouse. Each of our spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments and two bedroom townhomes were designed to maximize space. Our large open living areas make entertaining a breeze and allow you many options when arranging your furniture. Our fully equipped kitchens offer lots of cabinet and counter space and many homes offer breakfast bars as well. Each of our homes features a private patio or balcony with additional outside storage. Cypress Cove is also proud to offer pet friendly apartments.

|Recommended: YesNew to Jax not knowing area This property is safe quiet — Cypress Cove is a quiet community so far no crime, nothing ever crazy happening. You may hear an occasional argument between spouses. Safe for the kids everyone minds their own business. Units are quaint and cute. Someone is always throwing away good stuff so if you are just starting out or over with nothing give it time there will be good furniture items by back dumpster someone has thrown away. Only pain is traffic on Atlantic during peak hours 5pm-630 getting in or out expect to wait, and 9-10am
|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean, Simple. — The neighbor hood is very clean and quiet. the buildings are a little older but its well worth it for price and location. the maintenance staff is impeccable. This is true value, you pay a fair price for a fair place. not many places around doing that anymore. There is a reason the place is almost always full and its because its worth it.

There were no noise complaints on our end of the complex and no noise complaints from our neighbors.The yard and garden is pristine but the complex outer halls rather needs work. Cob webs and wasp nest are a daily hassle but are not controlled to keep as a minimal accumulation. The hall floors is rather stained and uncleaned as the yard gets more focus. Overall the place is great and quiet recommend for a good stay in its living quarters.
