Cypress Cove is nestled among natural oak trees, lakes, and wildlife. Hidden away from the hassles of day to day living, our residents enjoy a large swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, car care area, off-leash dog park and beautiful clubhouse. Each of our spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments and two bedroom townhomes were designed to maximize space. Our large open living areas make entertaining a breeze and allow you many options when arranging your furniture. Our fully equipped kitchens offer lots of cabinet and counter space and many homes offer breakfast bars as well. Each of our homes features a private patio or balcony with additional outside storage. Cypress Cove is also proud to offer pet friendly apartments.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — I just signed a lease for my fourth year here at Cypress Cove Apts. It's like a neighborhood , clean, quiet and safe. There is a nice variety of people here including professionals and retired. It's a great location for me. Management and Maintenance are professional, pleasant and helpful. I moved here from the Enclave Apts and prefer it here. The Management Co that owns runs this place is very decent and does not raise the rents by enormous amounts every yr like other companies do.
|Recommended: YesNice apartment to live in — The staff is courteous, and professional. The apartments are quiet. no loud neighbors . They are, also located in a good area, which is close to restaurants, and shopping. In addition, maintenance work hard to fix any service issues.

Being in the military, complications can happen from time to time and the people at the office were completely helpful in the situation. I never have to worry about noise even though I'm on the bottom floor. That includes from the busy road right next to the complex. It's the first apartment where I have actually felt comfort living.

MaTaya in the leasing office is very nice and professional. Maintenance staff is timely and they are nice people as well. I would definitely recommend the community to my friends and family. The only con I have about the community is available parking.

|Recommended: YesAmazing First Place — I've lived in this community for almost 3 years now, and have not had any complaints. I first had a 1 bedroom and switch to a 2 bedroom, because i needed more space. And both been amazing places
My favorite thing from both places are the Balconies, they are so nice, specially the ones for the 2 bedrooms. Love the pool Even though its always empty lol. The staff are really nice, and they try to help you the most they can, if you have an issue. And Maintenance, AMAZING people They are always there in a heart beat. Omar and Terry, so grateful for them. They take care of us, like if its family. I know there is one more guy, but I've never had the chance to meet him in person. But i always see him, always going around taking care of the community as well
Now the negative things i don't like, one of them is the kitchen. But they don't look bad at all either. I just think they need to be upgraded, but sometimes you do get upgraded kitchens S n about the kitchen. I REALLY needed a new stove. And they made it happen . Also, I'm glad we have a gym here, but it definitely needs to be upgraded. Im sorry to say it, because i don't want to say any negative things. Because it's actually really good here. But the gym, it looks like a garage gym... And then also, landscaping always looks AMAZING, but the reason why i gave it a 3 stars on the ground cleanliness. Is because i feel they need to clean the outside walls of the apartments, like water pressure it and clean the windows from the outside. In the 3 years I've only seen that once, and we are in FL. There's a lot of pollen here... Also they need to clean VERY well. Like the hallways between the apartment, and the part of the stairs to go to the second floor. It gets REALLY dirty there. But besides that, that is the only negative thing about it...
Living at Cypress Cove, have been an amazing experience Specially because it's my first place on my own. Also If you are a dog lover, almost everyone has dogs And everybody is so friendly. Nobody bothers anybody here, everybody stays in their place. Sometimes there are neighbors here and there, who can be loud. But they are just having a good time, its not always.
Im going to be really sad, when ever it is time for me to move. Love it here so much
