Palms at Wyndtree
Experience Trinity's new preferred address and upgrade your lifestyle at Palms at Wyndtree! The beautifully designed clubhouse is the hub of our amenity area and features our business center, state of the art fitness center. Our resort-style pool with expansive tanning deck is the perfect place to work on your tan, or take a dip. Each of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes feature nine-foot ceilings and oversized windows. All of our generously sized bedrooms feature large closets with California style shelving. Many of our well appointed kitchens all have an eat-in breakfast nook and all come equipped with microwaves. All apartment homes have laundry rooms with a full sized washer and dryer. We also offer detached garages with remote entry.

Only thing I wish is I didn’t have to park so far away from where I live because I work 10 hour shifts and don’t get back home until late. By the time I get back, the spots near my building are taken.
I still would give 5 stars though because that happens anywhere you go and it’s not a huge deal or anything compared to everything else. Definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesMy boyfriend and I have lived in a 1 1 here for a little over 2 years and really love it Maintenance has always been so great and fix things quickly and the office staff is very friendly. Would 100 recommend The only thing I think they should have are parking decals and guest parking.
|Recommended: YesLove it here — The only thing negative I would say is every lease renewal the price goes up and up. We have been here for 4 years and pay almost 600 more now than what we did when we moved in. We haven't received any of the upgrades in our apartment. I understand raising it a bit, but our latest renewal went up almost 200. For the price we are going to be paying, having some of the upgrades would make it worth it. Other than that, we love living here and the people are great
