|Recommended: YesDecent — The main downfall of this apartment is that I can hear my neighbors all too well. I'm often kept up at night because of the people above me and next door. The kitchen layout is a little crammed and there isn't much storage. But, it's a perfect price for decent amenities.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live with a family. Matience free living at it's best. Safe, close to A rated schools, YMCA and more — We have been here almost 2 years and are quite happy. Great place to live in Trinity. Excellent schools with bus pickup at the front. There are fun things to do, the pool, tennis, basketball and a small park for little ones. There is even a dog park. Garages available if you need. We use to be home owners for over 15 years before moving here. We are finding it difficult to leave as we have no yard work and when something breaks we go to the beach and let the maintenance men handle it. Life doesn't get any better

|Recommended: YesGreat community — We just renewed our lease for our 4th year living here. For the price and quality, you really can't beat it. Anything I found 20 miles closer to work was several hundred more a month for that much less square footage. The drive every day is a hassle for me but for now worth it. Maintenance is great as well as the front office staff, there has been no turnaround to my knowledge since living here with staff. Anytime I walk in for packages or questions they know who I am and are always friendly. We have had very few problems with neighbors but any we did have they were handled quickly and satisfactorily, i.e- vacated. My only complaint, really more of a concern would be that alot of the time kids don't appear to be supervised and are riding their bikes or playing in the middle of the road or running out into the road, they look right at you and think you're in the wrong. There is a small playground area but I don't know if there is another one anywhere else on the grounds. I think perhaps a bigger field somewhere if the space permits would be helpful to keep them safe. Management does put out reminders to address this but kids will be kids, not a reason to turn your head at living here by any means. The property is clean, they are constantly sending out notices to let you know when the grounds will be worked on and upgrades are coming. During the hurricane, because this building is newer the electrical is underground so no power was lost during that time. The pool area is great. I just wish it was closer to my work Overall it's a great place, we enjoy living here.
|Recommended: YesOverall good — The speedbumps are treacherous and sometimes the trash compactor can get overflown. Also the gates are left open far too often and way too late into the night. Makes me wonder why we even have them. The community is safe and very friendly, however neighbors can easily be heard sometimes very late at night. Maintenence is very reliable and office staff is great. Parking can be a little hard to find but a little extra walking is good for us all. Appliances and utilities also very reliable.
|Recommended: YesOutstanding place to live — We have lived here since last August and are very very pleased with both the office staff and the maintenance crew for taking care of our needs immediately. The grounds always are very well maintained and we can not find one thing that we would want to complain about. In our opinion any one searching for a new place to live cannot find a better place for what is offered and for the price asked for rent
