|Recommended: Yes5 stars — First and foremost, the staff is amazing, the ladies in the front office do an amazing job and very friendly and down to earth, the grounds are kept very clean. I gave 4 stars to maintenance only because I haven't had the opportunity to have an encounter with the crew, but for what, I can see they do an amazing job at keeping the place up.
|Recommended: YesMostly Good — Our experience living here has been good for the most part. We do have concerns when it comes to the cleanliness of the grounds, as there have been multiple times when we have taken our dog for a walk and noticed trash on the ground, including cans and food containers. However, each time we have requested assistance from the maintenance staff, they have arrived at our apartment quickly and always had a quick solution for every concern.
|Recommended: YesCommunity Holiday Party — Hats off and a huge round of applause to the Walker Woods Management and Maintenance Staff They held a wonderful Holiday Party on December 9th in the Clubhouse and they did a beautiful job Decorations were gorgeous and food was plentiful and delicious ... the bartender did an amazing job for kids and adults alike They thought of everything ... music, good food, drinks of all kinds, and games and prizes for both adults and kids Way to go Thank you all for a lovely and fun time .... you all did an amazing job and we thank you

|Recommended: YesWorth the wait — I had the pleasure of dealing with Kayte on my journey to becoming a resident, I was so amazed how straight forward and fast she was with everything from getting on the waitlist getting us into our unit. Then, I had pleasure of working with Sue on Move in day and she was so sweet and walked us through all the steps we needed to do on move in day and gave us a tour of the complex along with a tour of our new home. Lastly, through it all was Melissa she has been a great support for making sure my expectations were exceeded. I would love to thank every one at walker woods for being amazing.
