Rollingwood Apartments
Located in Vestavia Hills, Rollingwood is a beautiful, established community featuring 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment homes and townhomes. Each of our spacious apartment homes and townhomes features well-equipped kitchens with open living and dining areas. Our 1 bedroom floorplans are the largest in the Vestavia Hills area. All floorplans include washer and dryer connections, and select two bedroom apartments include a washer and dryer. Our close proximity to top rated schools is only one of the reasons to live at Rollingwood. We offer two sparkling swimming pools, a pool-side clubhouse and numerous resident activities throughout the year. For active residents, we have two basketball courts and a fitness center.

|Recommended: YesLOVE — I have just moved in a so far, everyone has been amazing. Amy has kept me updated and explained everything. I have met other residents and everyone has been helpful and kind. The apartment is also wonderful. Although it is older construction, it is well maintained, and the staff is on top of any work orders.
|Recommended: YesHome — I feel so lucky to be able to call Rollingwood my home very lucky- availability is few and far between- once people move in, they fall in love and don’t leave . The apartments are so spacious and the grounds are beautifully kept. I have two dogs and we absolutely love the dog park Barkberry Place . The staff here are the best anyone could ask for- friendly and helpful, no matter what you need. I know many of my neighbors here, which is a nice feeling, as some places I’ve lived, no one ever spoke to each other. They hold many community events throughout the year and have excellent communication with residents- you’re never questioning whether or not trash will be picked up on certain days around a holiday, for example- they let you know Everything is well maintained, including the pools and parking lots. I very much appreciate how thoughtful they are and how much they care about their residents and community. We are very happy here and would definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesExceptionally Spacious Working Fireplace — My husband I newlyweds had been looking for a place to live for over 10 months. Most complexes we contacted didn't even email us back, or we got an automated reply of we are processing your request' but there was never any follow-up.
From the initial response email, we knew Rollingwood was different.
We had a million questions but the manager took the time to answer each one in detail. She made the application process seamless and provided contact names information for all utilities and services we might need for our new home.
Our new home took our breath away, it is that fantastic.
There is no other apartment complex in the greater Birmingham area that can offer the square footage or amenities of Rollingwood. Not to mention you are located in Vestavia Hills and the pricing is hundreds cheaper than smaller units
The on-site staff has been exceptionally welcoming. During our move-in, we met every member of the maintenance team and they offered to assist with our larger furniture items, took moving boxes to the trash, and took time to get to know us.
The floorplans are exceptionally spacious. We have space for an 8 person dining table, the living room could easily fit our entire 12 people Wednesday night small group class. Plus having the 3rd bedroom means we have space for a guest room and an office.
Our unit has a functional wood-burning fireplace. We are months away from the Christmas holiday season, but I'm ready to break out the stockings. There is also ample in-unit storage. Each bedroom has two large closets, there are two linen closets, a large coat closet, and in the Master bathroom, there is a massive walk-in storage closet you could fit two twin beds in this closet .
The construction quality is exceptional. You can't hear any of your neighbors or their pets. We had friends come over to help with our move couldn't hear them knocking on the front door. Note, you might want a doorbell .
We are so blessed to have found Rollingwood and would highly recommend this complex to everyone It is quiet, safe, and convenient to everything.

|Recommended: YesRollingwood Apartments, now this is a great place to live. The parking favors the resident, and the grounds are always kept well groomed and clean. There is a dog park for allowing your pups to play, and potty stations throughout the grounds so that the clean up for your animals is breeze. With two pools, and two play areas for kids Rollingwood is a great place for family. One of my favorite parts of living here is being part of a community. The office manager loves to host community parties, and even holds events for prizes. Covid-19 restrictions have made things different, but it did not stop the great community feeling. The office staff are always ready to help and always on their game. The maintenance staff are quick, polite and efficient with every job they preform. This is by far the absolute best apartment I have ever lived in.
The best part of the Rollingwood Community are the residents, and we do our best to make each resident feel as if we are one big family!

|Recommended: YesThe leasing will pull you in — If you are a stickler for customers service it has been great so far. I was able to walk the space I was moving in before I moved. So far I'm very happy with my decision. Customer service has been great can't stress that enough and I'm in an awesome area.

|Recommended: YesOnly complaint is parking — My only complaint is that sometimes it's hard to find parking, especially when there are vehicles that haven't moved from a spot in over a month. There are two of us in the apartment and one of us is always having to struggle to find a spot.
