Rollingwood Apartments
Located in Vestavia Hills, Rollingwood is a beautiful, established community featuring 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment homes and townhomes. Each of our spacious apartment homes and townhomes features well-equipped kitchens with open living and dining areas. Our 1 bedroom floorplans are the largest in the Vestavia Hills area. All floorplans include washer and dryer connections, and select two bedroom apartments include a washer and dryer. Our close proximity to top rated schools is only one of the reasons to live at Rollingwood. We offer two sparkling swimming pools, a pool-side clubhouse and numerous resident activities throughout the year. For active residents, we have two basketball courts and a fitness center.

Maintenance actually responds to repair requests and the office staff responds to emails promptly. And, best of all, there is no mold in the apartment - not even in the bathrooms. I've only lived here a few weeks, but I'm planning on staying for years

The Staff are incredible and we have never waited over 2hours to have anything fixed which is amazing in my book. Kudos to the Management - Great Job Guys We love it here.
