Rollingwood Apartments
Located in Vestavia Hills, Rollingwood is a beautiful, established community featuring 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment homes and townhomes. Each of our spacious apartment homes and townhomes features well-equipped kitchens with open living and dining areas. Our 1 bedroom floorplans are the largest in the Vestavia Hills area. All floorplans include washer and dryer connections, and select two bedroom apartments include a washer and dryer. Our close proximity to top rated schools is only one of the reasons to live at Rollingwood. We offer two sparkling swimming pools, a pool-side clubhouse and numerous resident activities throughout the year. For active residents, we have two basketball courts and a fitness center.

Noise is not bad, but definitely don't buy a surround system and plan on using it without complaints.If you live on the first floor, you can expect to hear the person upstairs walking sometimes. Construction is old, but improvements have been made. I will change this to a five star once the 70's style sliding door is replaced Huge electricity waste .
If you live on the 2nd or above floor, expect high electric bills in summer. This could be a lot better once the sliding door is replaced.

|Recommended: YesRollingwood is a Hidden Secret — I love where I live I have tons of space in my 1 bedroom 1,100 sq ft apartment. I am very close to everything I need to get to. The leasing office is professional and friendly. My apartment was ready for me the day I moved in. Maintenance gets fixed the same day. The Rollingwood team is awesome I'm not planning on going anywhere else anytime soon.

|Recommended: YesThe property is in a convenient location, close to shopping centers, restaurants, great schools, and the interstate. — We have lived here for a year now, there have been no major issues. No loud neighbors or noise, no problems with car break ins, no pest problems. The staff is friendly and any maintenance issues have been taken care of in a timely manner.
|Recommended: YesRollingwood has made a lot of improvements over the years. — We have been here since 2007 and Rollingwood has made a lot of improvements over the years. The only real complaint I have is the parking. We have two cars and only one assigned parking spot. Sometimes we have to park far away because all the unassigned parking spaces are full.
As far as noise, everything is usually quiet. If you want to live downstairs, be aware that you will hear people walking on the upper floor.
The grounds and overall appearance is great, but you will need to watch where you step because there are a lot of dog owners around. Most of the owners pick up after their pet, but quite a few do not. Rollingwood is trying to resolve this problem. The basketball court could use a little work.
Construction is from the 70's so expect some very old sliding doors that are hard to close and leak a lot of air.
Overall I enjoy living at Rollingwood and would recommend this place to anyone. The creek beside our apartment is very nice and a must see.
