I think it's great all the items that are available to you and the location of the complex itself is great. It's just out of town enough to provide a quiet environment and the town and businesses are just minutes away. The office staff is great and you can really tell they care about their residents. All the things they offer to residents and activities they do shows they truly care.

There are two dog parks here which we have really enjoyed having somewhere for our dog to get out his energy. Maintenance always comes as soon as possible to fix any issues and they’re very friendly.

They should possibly think about adding a half court basketball area and more fitness equipment to make it worth the value the Greens asks for. They need to expedite the construction that has been going on for several months. Patios need to be repainted as they are not safe for children.

I think the value for the apartment is great, and the interior of the apartments are lovely. I love the base and chair molding, it gives the place a great look. The kitchen is also great but could use more pantry cupboard space. I like that the complex is very dog-friendly with two great dog parks, and there are many activities and social events that residents can go to to get to know one another. I also enjoy the fitness center, although it is a bit small. I enjoy the pool as well. Maintenance is very quick and they always do a great job. They are also very friendly too. Believe other reviews about the speed bumps--they are intense, so go over them slowly Overall, this is definitely one of the better complexes and communities I've lived in. Highly recommend.
