I've no issues to speak of but the people that take care of this place do a great job I had one issue with my dryer and it was fixed within 24 hours with no problems. I'm have recommended this place to others
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — The staff--office and maintenance--have got to be the nicest people. They are solicitous and concerned with the well-being of the residents. The grounds are well-maintained, and response time to property issues is very good. Where else are you going to find two dog parks The only problem I had was with the speed bumps. While necessary for safety, they are too high and can scrape the bottom of your car if you go over them at more than 5 MPH.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments in a quiet neighborhood — The apartments are spacious, staff are friendly, neighbors are friendly, pool is wonderful, and the dog park is great. Can occasionally hear upstairs neighbor but nothing too loud or outside what you would expect for apartment living. Sometimes issues with other dog owners not picking up their dog's messes. It's a quiet neighborhood - we love it

The gym and pool are well maintained as well. The staff are always attentive to our requests. They respond in a timely manner to repairs. The staff at our office make a point of learning who we are and always respond to us with our names. We are completely satisfied with our move to The Greens.

|Recommended: YesBest property management I've experienced in an apartment ever. — All staff have been attentive above and beyond what I have ever experienced. The office is amazing and extremely helpful, even going out of their way to make sure things happen. The maintenance is very quick to get on any issues. The classic downside of apartments is the thin walls, luckily the community is very quiet. I can hear people going up and down the stairs outside VERY loudly though since the bedroom is right under them. They also recently took out a bunch of the landscaping to redo things so it looks super bare. Hopefully, that'll get fixed up soon. Overall though, amazing experience. Everyone is very friendly and I was happy to renew.

|Recommended: YesCozy and affordable — This is a great place for a starter apartment. Good size for 2 people with good amenities TV in apartment, washer dryer, appliances . There's always plenty of parking and the lot is well lit at night, and a lot of room for recreational use in the courtyard. The staff is very friendly, helpful and available when you need them. The maintenance team is very had working and fixes any problems in a timely manor.
